THE POKEMON YOU JUST SAW IS NAMED MINUTE. SHE USED TO BELONG TO A FRIEND OF MINE. I’VE BEEN TAKING CARE OF HER FOR ABOUT A MONTH, AND EVERY TIME I THINK I HAVE THINGS FIGURED OUT, THIS HAPPENS.
FOR WHAT IT’S WORTH, MY STARTER WAS PRETTY SHY TOO, BUT I’M DEFINITELY HAVING MORE OF A PROBLEM WITH THIS ONE. SO I’D LIKE TO ASK THE FOLLOWING: DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE FOR HANDLING POKEMON THAT ARE LIKE THIS? ALSO, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SUGGESTING THAT I PUT IT IN THE PC BOX. I’D PREFER TO AVOID DOING THAT, SORRY.

I was trying to say that your difficulties in communicating may be with your excessive volume. If it is so loud that even normal humans such as myself can hardly bear it, think of the poor dear's difficulties! You're probably frightening it to death.
