NO, HE SENT ME A PICTURE OF IT. IT SEEMS TO BE A GIANT OWL. PRETTY SURE IT'S ALIVE TOO. I'M ASSUMING IT'S SOME SORT OF TAXI SERVICE THAT USES GIANT OWLS INSTEAD OF CARS DUE TO LACK OF THEM HERE.
